北部湾广西经济区产业决策模型

广西沿海地区经济基础薄弱,加快建设北部湾广西经济区,必须充分利用现有资源,做好产业决策,确定产业发展的重点和先后顺序。用区域经济发展的区位条件、产业结构、区域互补、产业基础、资金需求、环境因素等六个指标,建立了产业决策的属性模型。求解模型可得到不同产业的发展权重,依据权重指标可消除决策的盲目性。模型结果与广西沿海实际经济战略相吻合,验证了模型的有效性。  相似文献

内战前,童工劳动在美国是一个很普遍的社会现象。童工成为许多新建工厂的重要劳动力,人数一度占到工厂工人的1/3左右;整体雇佣多子女家庭是许多工厂主乐意采用的策略,1830年前后,这种做法在许多地方相当盛行。童工的大量使用与当时的劳动力缺乏、童工劳动力价格低廉以及清教徒劳动观念的影响等因素密切相关。童工的工作环境和生活状况非常恶劣,通常是日出而作,日落而息,而且人身自由还受到严格的限制。随着童工问题的日益严重,限制使用童工劳动的呼声也不断高涨。  相似文献

A new approach to projects for undergraduate electronic engineering in an Australian university has been applied successfully for over 10 years. This approach has a number of projects running over three year period. Feedback from past graduates and their managers has confirmed that these projects train the students well, giving them the ability and confidence to work independently and collectively in the industrial world. Due to their importance to universities, staff and students alike, together with the potential heavy financial burden on the universities, careful planning has to be undertaken before implementing such projects. This paper presents some detailed suggestions on how such projects should be administered and operated as well as setting out possible criteria to assist supervisors in evaluating the final product from such projects.  相似文献

“We bleed for female empowerment”: mediated ethics,commodity feminism,and the contradictions of feminist politics

Discourses of female empowerment are increasingly prominent within ethical capitalism, which seeks to remedy global crises with private-sector solutions and their commodities. This article examines the intersecting manifestations of female empowerment, commodity activism, and ethical capitalism with case studies on Born Free Africa, a fashion collection combatting mother-to-child HIV transmission, and THINX, which sells “period-proof” panties. Each company articulates empowerment through a binary between the Western feminist savior and “in-need” woman of the global south. This article argues that this iteration of empowerment not only reinforces logics of neo-colonial capitalism, but also masks disciplinary regimes for individual feminine subjects.  相似文献
